How it works — 3 simple steps

Use it like any debit or credit card. If your card is declined for medical-eligibility reasons (common with newer cards), use a personal card and follow step 2.
- 2Receive your itemized receipt automatically
A receipt with the merchant, products, totals, tax, and order date is emailed within seconds. The same invoice is permanently in your account.
- 3Submit to your plan administrator
Forward the email, or download the invoice from your account, and upload to your HSA/FSA portal. Most plans reimburse within 1–2 weeks.
What to expect from reimbursement
- Whole body vibration plates typically qualify as durable medical equipment when used for documented conditions (osteoporosis, arthritis, chronic pain, balance, circulation).
- Books, accessories, and counseling sessions are reviewed plan-by-plan. Submit your itemized receipt; most administrators approve them.
- An itemized invoice or receipt from BC Vibrant Health is usually sufficient for reimbursement; check with your plan administrator if additional documentation is required.
- Reimbursement timelines depend on your administrator — typically 5–14 business days after submission.
- Coverage is never guaranteed and varies by plan. We do not bill insurance directly; you submit and are reimbursed.
