BC Vibrant Health ("we", "us", "our") operates bcvibranthealth.com and sells whole body vibration equipment, books, live classes, and energy counseling sessions. We are the controller of the personal information described here.
Notice at collection — what we collect
- Identifiers and contact details: name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, and account login information.
- Commercial information: products and classes you view or buy, order history, cart contents, subscription status, coupon use, returns, and reviews you submit.
- Payment information: processed directly by our payment processor. We receive confirmation, the last four digits of the card, and billing details. We never store full card numbers.
- Internet and device information: pages viewed, the page that referred you, browser and device type, and a one-way hashed version of your IP address. We do not store the raw IP address for referral tracking.
- Referral information: if an affiliate partner sent you, we store their referral code and a random visitor token in your browser for up to 60 days so the partner can be credited.
- Information you volunteer: messages sent through our contact form, how you heard about us, an affiliate or referrer name at checkout, and any health context you choose to share when booking energy counseling.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under California law.
Why we use it
- To take, process, ship, and support your orders and subscriptions.
- To create and secure your account and let you manage your membership.
- To send order receipts, shipping updates, class invitations, and service notices.
- To send marketing email if you asked for it — you can unsubscribe in any message.
- To credit affiliate partners for referred orders.
- To answer questions, handle returns, prevent fraud, and meet tax and legal duties.
- To measure and improve the website using Google Analytics, which runs by default.
For customers in the EU/UK, our legal bases are: performance of a contract (orders, subscriptions, support), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, basic site operation, site analytics, affiliate attribution), consent (marketing email and non-essential tracking), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only to service providers who process it on our behalf under contract:
- Our payment processor, to take payment and manage subscriptions.
- Our website and database hosting provider, to run the site and store orders.
- Our transactional email provider, to deliver receipts and notifications.
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
- Our video conferencing provider, to run live classes you attend.
- Affiliate partners receive only the fact that a referred order occurred and its commissionable amount — never your contact details.
- Professional advisors, or authorities where required by law, and a successor in the event of a business transfer.
How long we keep it
Order, tax, and payment records are kept for at least seven years as required by U.S. tax law. Account and subscription records are kept while your account is open. Contact form messages are kept up to three years. Affiliate visit logs are kept up to 24 months. Marketing list membership is kept until you unsubscribe, after which we keep a suppression record so we do not email you again.
Cookies and tracking
Non-essential tracking is off until you allow it. You can change your choice at any time. , or read the Cookie Policy for a full list of what is stored. We honor Global Privacy Control signals sent by your browser as an opt-out of any sale or sharing.
Your California rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you live in California, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, and to get a copy.
- Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share it, so there is nothing to opt out of — but you may still submit a request.

- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. Prices and service stay the same.
- Appeal a denied request by replying to our decision email.
Submit a request through our Your Privacy Choices form or by emailing becky@bcvibranthealth.com. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, extendable once by another 45 days. We verify your identity by matching the details you give us against our order or account records. An authorized agent may submit a request with your written permission.
Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have comparable rights and may use the same form.
Your EU/UK rights (GDPR)
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing. We are based in the United States, so information you give us is transferred to and stored in the U.S.; we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses with our processors where required. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Payments are handled by a PCI-compliant processor. Database access is restricted by row-level security policies and administrator roles, and IP addresses used for referral tracking are stored only as one-way hashes. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Health information
We are not a covered entity under HIPAA. Anything you tell us about your health — for example when asking whether vibration therapy is right for you — is used only to answer you and to deliver the service you requested. Please do not send us more health detail than is needed.
Changes and contact
We will update the "last updated" date when this policy changes and, for material changes, post a notice on the site. Questions or requests:
