The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.
Orders, pricing and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added where required, including Massachusetts and Minnesota. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel any affected order with a full refund. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor; by ordering you authorize the charge shown at checkout. We ship within the United States unless we agree otherwise in writing, and title and risk of loss pass on delivery to the carrier. You must be at least 18 to purchase.
Subscriptions and automatic renewal
The WBV Weekly Workout membership is a recurring subscription. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, the membership is $39 per month, charged automatically to the payment method you provide, and it renews each month until you cancel. Promotional offers — for example 2 months for $1 added with a machine purchase — convert to the standard $39 monthly price at the end of the promotional period unless you cancel first. We send a reminder email before the first full-price charge.
How to cancel: sign in and use the Membership section of your account, or email becky@bcvibranthealth.com or call 1-877-422-8423. Cancelling stops all future charges. Your access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. Monthly fees already charged are not prorated. Single drop-in classes are one-time purchases and do not renew. We may change subscription pricing on at least 30 days' notice, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.
Digital products and services
Ebooks, downloads, recorded classes, and live class access are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. Energy counseling sessions are booked appointments; please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Missed appointments without notice may be forfeited.
Health disclaimer
Our products and content are educational and are not medical advice. Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Read the contraindications and safety information and consult your physician before beginning whole body vibration. You use our products at your own risk.
Reviews and submitted content
Product reviews may be submitted by customers and are published only after we review them for relevance and appropriateness. We do not edit the substance of a review or suppress reviews because they are unfavorable. Reviews describe individual experiences and are not a promise of results.
Warranty and Return Policy
Warranty and Return information is found with each product description. VibePlate machines warranties will be through the VibePlate company. The Vibrant Health Ultimate Vibe, the Vibrant Health Power 1000, the Vibrant Health Gentle 500, and the Vibrant Health Foot Vibe machines must be returned in their original cartons with original packaging materials — Please save your shipping box and packing materials. Shipping charges are covered and will be refunded for the Vibrant Health Ultimate Vibe, the Vibrant Health Power 1000, and the Vibrant Health Gentle 500. Shipping fees will not be refunded if the Foot Vibe is returned.
If all of the accessories and parts of a machine are not returned, or if a machine is returned damaged by the customer, a deduction will be made from the refund equal to the cost of replacing these missing or damaged items.

Most modern interactive websites use cookies to retrieve user details for each visit. Cookies enable functionality and ease of use. Some of our affiliate or advertising partners may also use cookies.
