Return Policy for Handles:
Handle returns are accepted for 30 days after purchase. The original box and shipping materials are required for a refund, and as shipping is not included in refunds for this product, it is recommended to try the Power 1000 without the handle first, as the machine itself does have refundable shipping costs. If you are happy with the machine, you can always add the handle later.
The Power 1000 is a smooth vibration; if you can walk and exercise on the floor (without vibration) then you will likely not need this handle.
Other options you may wish to try for additional balance include holding onto other secure items nearby such as other exercise equipment, a counter or solid chair, or a shower bar attached to a nearby wall.
