30 Day Guarantee
There is a 30-day guarantee of satisfaction on Vibrant Health WBV machines (VHPower1000, Ultimate Vibe, and VHGentle500). This does not include VibePlate machines which are made by VibePlate. Returns of these machines will be handled through VibePlate). If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of receiving your Vibrant Health machine, you may return it for a full refund minus shipping charges. After that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for this 30-day guarantee your machine must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Warranties: There is a two year warranty for parts for the Vibrant Health Power 1000 machine, a five year warranty on parts for the Ultimate Vibe machine, and a one year warranty on parts for the Vibrant Health Gentle 500 machine. Please contact Vibrant Health at support@BCVibrantHealth.com for problems with your machine during the covered time periods.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns/Refunds: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please email Support@BCVibrantHealth.com for authorization and a return shipping label. SAVE your original shipping box and materials for less expensive and safer shipping.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your machine. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Non-returnable items: Books, Posters, Counseling sessions.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please email support@BCVibrantHealth.com to arrange for shipping to other countries. Cost and time will be individually determined in these cases. Refunds/returns/replacements are only available for machine malfunction or defect for overseas sales. All shipping costs in overseas sales are covered by the customer
