VibePlate machines deliver the type of vibration I most highly recommend – vertical, single motor vibration. VibePlates have a similar vibration as the Vibrant Health Power 1000 machines. But, VibePlates have a wide range of freqeuncies available (10-60hz) which makes them more adaptable.
