VibePlate machines deliver the type of vibration I most highly recommend – vertical, single motor vibration. VibePlates have a similar vibration as the Vibrant Health Power 1000 machines. But, VibePlates have a wide range of freqeuncies available (10-60hz) which makes them more adaptable. They are suitable for people who are healthy and want to build muscle strength, lose weight, increase flexibility and bone density, and for people with health issues who need a gentler vibration to regain their health.

VibePlate offers six different Whole Body Vibration plates of varying sizes, from a 24 x 24 dimension plate to the extra-large 30 x 72VibePlate capable of holding two people. All of their vibration plates provide frequency settings from 10 to 60 hz, and a 2mm amplitude vertical vibration. Most of these machine are avilable in either aluminum or steel. The health benefits are the same, but aluminum plates weigh considerably less than steel vibration plates.
