High Power: Whole Body Vibration has been well established as excellent for athletes, and I am excited to bring you the opportunity to be physically stronger, achieve a stable and comfortable weight, and enjoy an active lifestyle. Two large laminated exercise posters are included—giving you over 50 exercise, massage, and stretch positions to choose from to target your particular goals. Also included are a set of stretchy resistance straps to hold onto for use with different arm exercise positions.

Low Power setting: But there are additional exciting benefits to be gained from Whole Body Vibration. I have worked with many inflammation related conditions:those who have more advanced osteoporosis, weakness, obesity, a host of digestive conditions (constipation, diarrhea, IBS, colitis, heartburn, reflux, gas, bloating, etc.), arthritis, bursitis, tendonitis and other joint conditions, depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue, high cholesterol, hypertension, diabetes, urinary issues, or lymphedema; cancer survivors; and many others—with great success! But these conditions require a very slow and gentle approach – which the Low Power setting on this machine can provide.

The smooth vertical vibration motion of this machine is similar to a purring house cat on the Low setting, and like a big panther on the High power setting. Because this motion is so smooth, the average person, with normal balance, will not need a handle to hold onto. However, if you do have any balance issues, there is an OPTIONAL BALANCE HANDLE – not included with machine. As with all Vibrant Health vibration machines, the vibration is completely synchronized, and tuned just right, so that it is good for tuning and enhancing brain health as well as strengthening your body.

Warranty: Home use – Five year warranty, parts and labor; Commercial use – Two year warranty, parts and labor. Vibrant Health vibration machines must be returned in original shipping carton and packaging materials – save the box.
