Got this for my mom when she woke up one day with lymphedema, in excruciating pain in her leg and couldn’t walk. Using the foot vibrating machine twice a day was a large part of healing the lymphedema and it didn’t stop there. Wow! After using my new foot vibration shaker for the first time for only 10 minutes I was in for a great surprise! I had my feet on it early in the evening before my last two clients, had been standing working on clients all day, then sitting at my desk doing paperwork for several hours. When I took my socks off last night there was NO swelling. I normally have some level of edema and very impaired circulation in my legs (varicose veins since my late teens, and tons of scar tissue from vein stripping and ablations so some level of swelling is pretty much a given even with all I do to keep blood and lymph moving.) I noticed improved mobility in my feet and ankles after two days and NO leg cramps during the night since I’ve been using it this last week.
I like the lowest speed with the shiatsu massage and the second and third speed without it for more intense vibration. It is very quiet too, which was really important to me. I’m excited to share this wellness tool with my clients who have desk jobs or stand at work all day. What a quick and easy way to improve blood and lymphatic flow!

I absolutely love this foot vibrator! I have been using it about 8 weeks now. Now in my mid-60’s the lightness I feel in my legs after using it, and the increase in my circulation, are wonderful! This is one of the best things I have done for my lymphatic system.
The Bonus? I suffer from bursitis; the pain is excruciating because I am really inflamed. Using the foot massager, I can feel the burn gradually dissipating and by the time I finish the session, the pain is gone. Usually, I use it twice a day, but if I have a very busy day, I might use it 3 times because it always helps.
I find that if I bend down in the chair and position my hands on my knees or lower legs, the vibration is more intense not only in my feet and legs but all over. I start at the lowest speed as a warmup and then switch to mid-level. The machine turns off automatically and if you keep resting your feet on the vibrator for a minute or two, you feel the blood circulating through your body and head. It is a great feeling.
I had to order a second foot massager because my Mother-N-Law is borrowing mine as we speak. I would recommend this for anyone that has circulation problems due to inflammation, neuropathy and issues with lymphatic drainage. You can’t go wrong with this foot vibrator, and it is whisper quiet.
