Exercise Positions: Advanced

The following recommendations are for people who are healthy enough to tolerate this much vibration. Always build up slowly with vibration exercise, and please consult with Becky and your doctor for personal recommendations.

Frequency: 35 Hz, increase to 50 Hz in 5 Hz increments over time.

Time: Hold position for 30 seconds, increase time for each position up to 60 seconds as capable.
