Exercise Positions: Basic
The following recommendations are for people who are healthy enough to tolerate this much vibration. Always build up slowly with vibration exercise, and please consult with Becky and your doctor for personal recommendations.
Basic Workout Positions ‐5 Major Muscle Groups
Frequency: 20 Hz, increase in 10 Hz increments over time as capable.
Time: Hold position for 15 seconds, increase time for each position up to 60 seconds as capable.
