I’ve been using WBV and working with Becky for about 15 years. When I first started I was 47 years old and I lost thirty pounds in six months. I felt like the Energizer Bunny: I was full of energy, my hay fever and headaches went away, my mood improved, and I became much stronger than I had ever been.
Then I moved out of state, fell out of touch and stopped using vibration. Gradually I gained all the weight back plus more, and my health issues came back.
