Whole Body Vibration, especially combined with homeopathy, a powerful energy medicine, helps you live a life of joy, fun, and love. This photo of me is the only picture of me in a bathing suit in my entire life that I would consider putting on the internet – and it was taken July 2018 when I was almost 59 years old! I am now happier, and my life is better, than ever before. I believe whole body vibration and homeopathy made this transformation possible. I tried hard to change for thirty years before I found these methods – with very little success. Since finding them, my life has been a whirlwind of change, resulting in a more fulfilling and exciting life… [Read More]
Dating and Vibration
(as seen in Eden Magazine, July 2017) Could whole body vibration improve your love life? Sounds like a pick-up line . . . but maybe so. Attraction is a combination of many factors: physical appeal, emotional openness, and sexual energy, to name a few. And whole body vibration (WBV), a revolutionary exercise and therapy system, effects all of those areas through a variety of mechanisms. WBV is an intense workout, which we all know is good for both our health and our looks. Ten minutes of exercising on a powerful WBV platform gives you the benefits of one hour of conventional weight lifting. This intense workout effect is hard to believe until you try a session yourself—then you understand as… [Read More]
Whole Body Vibration Might End Loneliness
As published in Eden Magazine May 1, 2017 I’m alone . . . but not lonely, well maybe a little lonely. I’m traveling, on tour with my business for six months through areas of the country where I know no one, and my mother passed away one month into this trip. It is a scenario that once would have devastated me with loneliness. Now, it is manageable; I make friends much more easily and I have friends in other places I can talk to, and I have work I love that keeps me busy and connected. Loneliness was an unwelcome companion most of my life. My earliest memories are of not feeling a part of the… [Read More]
Workbook Chapter 5: Soul Mates
Searching for your soul mate? Love is the ultimate quest, one that makes life worth living and feeds your soul, but it is also one of the most difficult things to achieve long-term. Love must be satisfying and rewarding for both people, and you must love yourself as much as another to create this mutuality. Boundaries are what we’re talking about here! In Chapter 5 of Becky’s memoir Beyond the Great Abyss, Becky’s relationship with Ricky has become very intense. Her self-destructive behaviors are escalating and her dreams are again warning her potential to “lose herself” in another person. Keith DeOrio, M.D., Becky’s highly intuitive medical doctor, advises her to take the homeopathic remedy Phosphorus, a classic remedy for people with “poor boundaries.” (See Workbook Introduction for how to use this workbook, which… [Read More]
Kindness, Love and Empathy…
… make the world go round. In just the last week, in two separate places, I have seen the same message, and it’s the same message as in my book; nothing matters more than love, kindness, empathy and compassion. A Boston Globe article headlined: How kindness built civilization, (Cook, K10, June 5, 2011) sums up what Duke University scientist and researcher Brian Hare concludes is the “Wisdom of the Dog: to be smart, first play nice.” He goes on to say, civilization developed because of “the ability to tolerate each other, to be kind enough, and patient enough, that we could cooperate more deeply. This led to language, tools, and civilization.”
